b. Huge email size-
There is a size limit while printing a document. Email print will only accept the 20MB file size. Beyond 20MB size is not accepted by a printer and won't be printing.
So, it is advised to reduce the size of the attachments within 20MB.
c. Large number of attachments-
Like file size, there is a limit of file attachment as well. You can send up to 10 attachments. Nothing will be printed if the number of attachment exceeds 10. So, reduce the attachment number and resend the file.
d. If nothing prints-
Below are the reasons if nothing prints:
> Blank or empty mail.
> Setting printer on Not Print Email Body Mode plus the mail doesn't have any attached file.
> Attachments are basically documented file but the Epson device has only one feeder and is set to Photo Paper Mode.
e. Discontinuing Services-In this situation, the owner of printer has suspended the Email Print service for the printer and you have to contact the owner.
f. Disapproved Sender- For registering your mail address contact the printer owner, if your mail address is not in the list of Approved Senders.
g. Under Maintenance- In such situation, resend the mail later.
h. Email rejected as the address has special characters- For excluding the specific characters from printer's mail ID; you need to contact the printer's owner.
